2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: name, phone, email (optional), area/locality, requested service, your message and any attached documents. The server may log the IP address and submission time for security and anti-spam purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

To reply and prepare your quote — pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent.
To perform the contract if you accept the quote.
Legal obligations (invoicing, archiving).
Website security / anti-spam — legitimate interest.

4. Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and any contract, then according to legal archiving terms.

5. Recipients

Data may be shared, strictly to carry out the work, with the distribution operator Rețele Electrice România (for the connection file/ATR/DIU), our hosting provider and, where applicable, our accountant. We do not sell your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, write to contact@bransam.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP).
