A temporary construction site connection supplies your site with electricity during the building phase, before the permanent connection is put in place. It is obtained through a connection application and a Technical Connection Approval (ATR - the official document issued by the grid operator that sets the technical solution and the connection tariff) from Retele Electrice Romania (Distributie Energie Electrica Romania), and is executed by an ANRE-certified company. How it works — step by step
- Assessment and connection application. We determine the required power (single-phase 230V for low consumption, or three-phase 400V for heavy machinery) and prepare the application together with the necessary documents, which is then submitted to Retele Electrice Romania.
- Obtaining the Technical Connection Approval (ATR). The operator reviews the application and issues the ATR (Technical Connection Approval), which sets out the technical solution and the tariff. This takes a few weeks, depending on the area.
- Connection contract and payment of the tariff. You sign the contract with the operator and pay the agreed tariff. We guide you through the administrative steps so delays are avoided.
- Design and execution of the temporary connection. Our ANRE-certified company designs and builds the connection and the site supply line, in compliance with technical standards and the conditions set out in the ATR.
- Utilization Installation Dossier, meter and energisation. The Utilization Installation Dossier (DIU - the technical file for the customer's internal electrical installation) is prepared by an ANRE-certified electrician, after which the operator fits the meter and energises the connection.
