A well-designed and correctly executed electrical installation is the foundation of safety in any house, flat or commercial space. This means properly sized circuits, suitable cabling, a correctly built electrical panel, residual-current (differential) protection and well-positioned sockets. At SUN WATT we handle the entire project, from the initial sketch to the final, tested and verified installation. As an ANRE-certified company for design and execution, our single team manages the whole process and delivers an installation that is ready for your real-world consumption, not just your needs today.
When you need it
You need a complete electrical installation when you are building a new property from scratch, or when you are renovating an old flat or building whose wiring is no longer safe. It is also the right moment if you have aluminium cabling, sockets that overheat, or a breaker that trips frequently. The same applies when you add major consumers, such as a heat pump, an electric boiler, an EV charger or workshop equipment, that exceed the capacity of your current panel. Commercial spaces, in particular, require a properly sized and fully documented installation in order to pass safety checks, obtain authorisations and complete the official reception of the works.
How it works — step by step
- Evaluation and personalised quote. We discuss your needs and analyse the space, either on site or from your plans, in order to determine the number of circuits, the power required and the type of panel needed. We then prepare a clear quote at no cost, with labour and materials itemised separately.
- Electrical installation design. As an ANRE-certified company, we draw up the electrical schematics, size the cables and protective devices, and plan the cable routes. The installation complies with the regulations in force (for example, standard I7) and is prepared for your actual consumption, not just your present needs.
- Execution of routes and circuits. We install the conduits, cables, junction boxes, sockets, switches and lighting points in line with the design. The work is carried out in an organised way using compliant materials, and the circuits are clearly marked so that the installation is easy to understand and to maintain in the future.
- Electrical panel and protective devices. The panel is fitted with miniature circuit breakers, residual-current (differential) protection and surge arresters. It is correctly sized and labelled, providing genuine protection against electric shock and short circuits.
- Verification, testing and commissioning. Before handover we carry out a full inspection, run the necessary tests and energise the circuits. For new connections or dealings with the distribution operator, we prepare the DIU (Utilization Installation Dossier) through an ANRE-certified electrician.
Required documents
- Identity document of the owner or beneficiary
- Title deed or land registry extract for the property
- Urban planning certificate (for new builds or modifications)
- Site plan and zoning plan
- Existing electrical schematic or plan, where available (for renovation or extension)
Why bransam.ro

- Turnkey works: design, execution, testing and documentation, including the DIU (Utilization Installation Dossier)
- An installation sized for your actual consumption and ready for heat pumps, electric boilers and EV charging
- Compliant materials and proper protective devices (residual-current, miniature circuit breakers, surge arresters) for protection against fire and electric shock
- Coverage across Bucharest, Ilfov and Giurgiu, with on-site evaluation visits
- Transparent, personalised quotes with labour and materials itemised separately, and no hidden costs
How long it takes
As a rule, the installation of a flat or a small house is completed within a few days to one or two weeks, depending on the number of circuits and the complexity of the work. Larger houses, commercial spaces or warehouses take proportionally longer. For a new connection, the stages handled with the distribution operator (the ATR or Technical Connection Approval, the connection contract and energisation) add roughly 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the permits involved.
