Complete Electrical Installations - SUN WATT, ANRE-Certified Company

SUN WATT carries out complete electrical installations for homes, blocks of flats, commercial spaces and warehouses as a company certified by ANRE (the Romanian energy regulator) for both design and execution. We work on the basis of a personalised quote, from the electrical plan through to a functional, authorised panel. We cover Bucharest, Ilfov and Giurgiu, with on-site evaluation visits. The final price depends on the number of circuits, the area and the materials used, and the quote is free and with no obligation. Call 0733 097 440.

A well-designed and correctly executed electrical installation is the foundation of safety in any house, flat or commercial space. This means properly sized circuits, suitable cabling, a correctly built electrical panel, residual-current (differential) protection and well-positioned sockets. At SUN WATT we handle the entire project, from the initial sketch to the final, tested and verified installation. As an ANRE-certified company for design and execution, our single team manages the whole process and delivers an installation that is ready for your real-world consumption, not just your needs today.

When you need it

You need a complete electrical installation when you are building a new property from scratch, or when you are renovating an old flat or building whose wiring is no longer safe. It is also the right moment if you have aluminium cabling, sockets that overheat, or a breaker that trips frequently. The same applies when you add major consumers, such as a heat pump, an electric boiler, an EV charger or workshop equipment, that exceed the capacity of your current panel. Commercial spaces, in particular, require a properly sized and fully documented installation in order to pass safety checks, obtain authorisations and complete the official reception of the works.

How it works — step by step

  1. Evaluation and personalised quote. We discuss your needs and analyse the space, either on site or from your plans, in order to determine the number of circuits, the power required and the type of panel needed. We then prepare a clear quote at no cost, with labour and materials itemised separately.
  2. Electrical installation design. As an ANRE-certified company, we draw up the electrical schematics, size the cables and protective devices, and plan the cable routes. The installation complies with the regulations in force (for example, standard I7) and is prepared for your actual consumption, not just your present needs.
  3. Execution of routes and circuits. We install the conduits, cables, junction boxes, sockets, switches and lighting points in line with the design. The work is carried out in an organised way using compliant materials, and the circuits are clearly marked so that the installation is easy to understand and to maintain in the future.
  4. Electrical panel and protective devices. The panel is fitted with miniature circuit breakers, residual-current (differential) protection and surge arresters. It is correctly sized and labelled, providing genuine protection against electric shock and short circuits.
  5. Verification, testing and commissioning. Before handover we carry out a full inspection, run the necessary tests and energise the circuits. For new connections or dealings with the distribution operator, we prepare the DIU (Utilization Installation Dossier) through an ANRE-certified electrician.

Required documents

  • Identity document of the owner or beneficiary
  • Title deed or land registry extract for the property
  • Urban planning certificate (for new builds or modifications)
  • Site plan and zoning plan
  • Existing electrical schematic or plan, where available (for renovation or extension)

Why bransam.ro

  • ANRE-certified for both design and execution, so a single team manages your project from sketch to completion
  • Turnkey works: design, execution, testing and documentation, including the DIU (Utilization Installation Dossier)
  • An installation sized for your actual consumption and ready for heat pumps, electric boilers and EV charging
  • Compliant materials and proper protective devices (residual-current, miniature circuit breakers, surge arresters) for protection against fire and electric shock
  • Coverage across Bucharest, Ilfov and Giurgiu, with on-site evaluation visits
  • Transparent, personalised quotes with labour and materials itemised separately, and no hidden costs

How long it takes

As a rule, the installation of a flat or a small house is completed within a few days to one or two weeks, depending on the number of circuits and the complexity of the work. Larger houses, commercial spaces or warehouses take proportionally longer. For a new connection, the stages handled with the distribution operator (the ATR or Technical Connection Approval, the connection contract and energisation) add roughly 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the permits involved.

FAQ — Electrical installations

How much does a complete electrical installation cost?

The cost depends on the area, the number of circuits and sockets, the type of panel and the materials chosen, so a personalised quote is always required. After a free on-site evaluation or a review of your plans, you receive a clear quote with labour and materials itemised separately. Prices are quoted in RON (lei).

Why is ANRE certification important?

ANRE certification confirms that a company is authorised to design and carry out electrical installations in accordance with the regulations. It matters for the safety of the installation, the official reception of the works, dealings with the distribution operator and the preparation of the DIU (Utilization Installation Dossier). SUN WATT holds certification for both design and execution.

Do you handle installations for new construction?

Yes. We start from the design, sizing the circuits and the panel according to the estimated consumption, then carry out the routes and electrical points, and finally test and commission the installation. For new builds, we coordinate with the other teams working on site.

Do I need a single-phase or a three-phase supply?

A single-phase supply (230V) covers typical household consumption, usually with around 11 kW approved. A three-phase supply (400V) is recommended for high consumption or powerful equipment such as heat pumps, workshops or EV charging. The ATR (Technical Connection Approval) issued by the operator confirms the final approved power.

Do you handle the paperwork for connections?

Yes. We manage the entire process: the connection request and supporting documents, the ATR (Technical Connection Approval) from Retele Electrice Romania (Distributie Energie Electrica Romania), the connection contract, the design and execution of the connection, the DIU (Utilization Installation Dossier), and coordination through to meter installation and energisation.

Do you renovate old electrical installations?

Yes. We renovate old installations that are no longer safe or are inadequate for current consumption, such as those with aluminium cabling, no earthing or an undersized panel. We assess the existing condition and recommend either partial rehabilitation or complete replacement, based on safety and long-term efficiency.
