We ask for a few photos of the plot or building, explain the steps in plain language and send you a written estimate. 2. You sign a power of attorney in France
So we can act in your name before the operator and the authorities, you give us a notarised power of attorney (procura / imputernicire). As a Romanian citizen in France you can sign it at the consular section of the Romanian Embassy in Paris or at one of the Romanian consulates in France - for example in Lyon, Strasbourg or Marseille. Alternatively, a French notaire can draw it up locally and add an apostille so it is valid in Romania. We send you a model text with exactly what the mandate must cover, so one appointment is enough.

3. You send your documents online
You scan or photograph your ID, the title deed or land registry extract (extras de carte funciara) and the urban planning certificate (certificat de urbanism) where one exists, and send them by WhatsApp or email. Nothing has to be posted from France and nothing handed over in person. If a document is missing or expired, we tell you precisely how to obtain it remotely - or we obtain it ourselves using the power of attorney.

4. We prepare the dossier and obtain the ATR
Our ANRE-certified engineers draw up the connection project and submit the complete grid-connection dossier (from 900 lei) to Rețele Electrice România S.A. (formerly E-Distribuție / Enel). We follow the file through the operator's system, answer every query on your behalf and secure the ATR - the technical approval that sets your installation's approved power. ATR assistance starts from 350 lei, and you never have to chase anyone from abroad.

5. We execute the connection and the DIU on site
Once the approvals are issued, our certified crews carry out the physical connection on your property - meter box, cabling, earthing and the link to the network - and prepare the DIU (Utilisation Installation file, 1,200 lei) so the installation can be officially energised. At each stage you receive photos and short videos on WhatsApp, so you can watch the work progress in real time from Paris, Lyon or anywhere else in France.

6. You pay by bank transfer and receive the final file
You settle our labour and materials by bank transfer from your account in France - no cash, no envelopes sent with someone travelling home. The operator's own fee is paid separately to Rețele Electrice România S.A. When the meter is energised we send you the complete documentation digitally: your property in Romania has live power, and you never had to leave France.

Which documents do I need to send, and how?
