2. Power of attorney at the Romanian consulate in Italy
So we can act in your name before the authorities and the grid operator, you give us a notarised power of attorney ("procura"). As a Romanian citizen in Italy, you can obtain it at the Romanian consulate or embassy in your city, or use a document apostilled in Italy. We send you a model text with exactly what the mandate must cover, so the consular appointment is quick and you only do it once.

3. You send the documents online
You scan or photograph your ID, the title deed / land registry extract ("extras de carte funciara") and the urban planning certificate ("certificat de urbanism"), and send them to us by WhatsApp or email. There is nothing to post and nothing to bring in person. If a document is missing or out of date, we tell you precisely how to obtain it from Italy.

4. We prepare and submit the connection dossier and obtain the ATR
Our ANRE-certified specialists assemble the full grid-connection dossier (project from 900 lei, ATR assistance from 350 lei), submit it to Retele Electrice Romania S.A., and follow it through until the ATR (connection approval) is issued. We handle the back-and-forth with the operator so you do not have to chase anyone from abroad.

5. We execute the connection and the DIU on site
Once the approval is in place, our team carries out the physical connection – from the dossier to the pole and meter – and prepares the DIU (Utilisation Installation) file (1,200 lei) needed to energise the installation.
